Billing questions, answered.
What counts as a billable seat?
Only active board and admin members. Observers, auditors, and other read-only roles are free on every plan, unlimited, and never count toward your seat total.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges 10 months for 12, so you get 2 months free (about 17% off the monthly rate). The per-seat price shown for annual is that discounted monthly-equivalent figure; switch the toggle to Monthly to see the undiscounted rate.
Can I change plans, add seats, or cancel later?
Yes, any time, from your billing console. Changes take effect per the proration terms shown at checkout, and you can cancel whenever you like.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export your full workspace at any time, in open formats, with no lock-in. After cancellation you have 30 days to export before data is removed per our retention schedule.
Do you charge extra for single sign-on?
SAML SSO is included in Starter and above at no upcharge — most vendors reserve that for an Enterprise tier. Custom SSO connectors (Okta, Azure AD, Ping) and SCIM provisioning are Enterprise.
What's the real difference between Board and Enterprise?
Board covers most multi-company boards: up to 5 companies, unlimited AI and ask-the-boardroom, WhatsApp approvals, legal hold, and the full register set. Enterprise adds unlimited companies, bring-your-own AI keys, self-hosting, white-label, custom SSO/SCIM, dedicated CSM, and custom terms — see the comparison table above for the full list.
Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
The Free plan is the trial: 3 seats and 1 company, free forever, no card required. Run a real meeting cycle on it, then upgrade in-app whenever a paid feature or seat count needs it.
Can I build a custom plan instead of picking a tier?
Yes — the configurator below lets you dial in seats, companies, storage, and capabilities a la carte. It carries a small flexibility premium over an equivalent bundled tier, so a standard tier is usually the better value for the same footprint; the configurator says so directly.
Do you support currencies other than USD?
The currency selector above converts the displayed price to SAR, AED, or QAR for reference — those are estimates at a fixed peg, not live exchange rates. Checkout and your Stripe invoice are always in USD.
What if I need something not listed here?
Talk to sales from the Enterprise card — custom terms, self-hosting, and bring-your-own-everything are negotiated directly rather than self-serve.
